- Switch units and rooms on and offWhen a room is let, booked or occupied, switch it to In use and it drops out of the tour straight away. Switch it back to Available and it reappears.
- Areas that are never shownPlant rooms, staff areas and anywhere you'd rather keep private are hidden by us and stay hidden. Your team can't reveal them by accident.

A room switched to In use drops out of the tour straight away. It stays on the floor plan as an outline, so the building still makes sense, but nobody can walk into it.

Can anyone see a room while it's in use?
No. It drops out of the tour straight away and shows only as an outline on the floor plan. Nobody can walk into it.
Who switches rooms on and off?
Your own team, from the operator app, and only for your own buildings. They can't see or change prices, rents or anything else, and they can't reveal areas we've hidden.
Can we close a whole floor?
Yes. Switch a whole floor to In use at once when it closes for cleaning or maintenance, then back again.
What do you need for show home and house type tours?
Access to the show home or a finished example of each house type, and your floor plans so we can place each tour against them.
Can we send someone straight to a particular room?
Yes. Every room or unit can have its own link that opens the tour right there.
